Benjamin has been created from a Berenguer vinyl doll from USA. All the factory paint has been removed and he had his first bath. When he was completely dry, I then began the process of bringing him to life. He has been colored using permanent Genesis Heat Set Paints, painted in layers to give him such life-like "skin". I then blushed him in different areas of his little face and limbs.


I've carefully opend Benjamin's nose so he can "breath". I shaded the inside to add depth, and added just a touch of subtle sheen to give the appearance of a natural slight moisture. I've backed the nose with dark felt to give the appearance of depht.


Benjamin has 1/4 vinyl limbs and he feels so soft and cuddly when you hold him in your arms.

He wears 0-3 months clothes.


Benjamin's hair is micro rooted with Angora Mohair from USA, it is so soft and silky. It has been rooted 1-3 strands at a time. You can gently wet and style his hair as desired, it has been fully secured inside with a strong waterproof glue.






Benjamin's eyelashes are micro rooted with the same Angora Mohair as his hair.


Benjamin's nails have been blushed for a natural appearance,
tipped off in off-white, then sealed with a gloss sealer.








Benjamin has been given a soft, cuddly and jointed body. It is filled with sealed bags of poly pellets, little glass beads, soft granules (mimicking baby fat) and fiberfill. His head is filled with a sealed bag of poly pellets, little glass beads and polyfill, and needs support like a real baby.




















I've inserted a strong magnet into Benjamin's head
so he can take a magnetic pacifier
- so care must be taken around certain electrical items
and people with pacemakers.
