Martin has been created from a Lee Middleton vinyl doll from USA - sculpt by Reva Schick.
All the factory paint has been removed and he had his first bath.
When he was completely dry, I then began the process of bringing him to life.
He has been colored using my own mix of Genesis Heat Set Paints, painted in many layers.
You can't rub or wash the paint off as it's permanent.



I've carefully opend Martin's nose so he can "breath". I shaded the inside to add depth, and added just a touch of subtle sheen to give the appearance of a natural slight moisture.
I've backed the nose with dark felt to give the appearance of depht.



Martin has 1/4 vinyl limbs and he feels so soft and cuddly when you hold him in your arms.
He can be posed in normal baby positions


Martin has upper and lower eyelashes of human hair.



Martin has been given beautiful new eyes.


Martin's hair is micro rooted with Premium Angora Mohair from USA, it is so soft and silky.
It has been rooted 1-3 strands at a time. You can gently wet and style his hair as desired,
it has been fully secured inside with a strong waterproof glue.







Martin's little nails on fingers and toes are painted so they look like a real baby's nails









I've inserted a strong magnet into Martin's head
so he can take a magnetic pacifier
- so care must be taken around certain electrical items
and people with pacemakers.






























Martin has been given a soft, cuddly and jointed body. It is filled with sealed bags of poly pellets, little glass beads, soft granules (mimicking baby fat) and fiberfill. His head is filled with a sealed bag of poly pellets and polyfill.
